About the Journal

Arbitrated scientific journal of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computing of the University of Havana. Founded in 1966, it is aimed at the national and international academic and scientific community dedicated to the theoretical development and applications of the models and methods used in Operational Research. It publishes papers with original theoretical results in the fields of optimization, statistics, probabilities, decision theory, mathematical models for economics and finance, and novel applications. It has a quarterly periodicity and publishes texts in English and Spanish.
